Group Classes (5-12 People)

When you sign up for unlimited group classes not only can you join any class you will have access to the gym at any time we are open.

In our classes we utilize the kettlebell quite often.  Why do we do this?

Kettlebell training is one of the best strength and conditioning tools available today. It is designed for full body training which makes it ideal for both men and women of any age, shape or size who are serious about getting into top physical condition. Unlike traditional gym training methods, the Kettlebell trains the whole body with almost every exercise, providing a much higher calorie burn and metabolic effect as well as total body strength and real world, truly functional fitness. Some benefits include:

    •    A solid strength foundation

    •    Greater flexibility (and strength through that increased range of motion)

    •    Accelerated recovery

    •    Increased grip strength

    •    Balanced musculature, which will eliminate weaknesses

    •    Increased power

Though we use the kettlebell as a main staple we will also use Ropes, Slam Balls, TRX Bands, Olympic Bars, Sandbags, Tires, Sledgehammers, and much more.

Class Times

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday:  6am(30 Minute Class), 8:30am(30 Minute Class), 4:30pm


Small Group Training (2-4 people)

If you enjoy groups but want something more specific to your needs to help you reach a goal then this option is for you.

We approach every client individually, sit down with you to do a preliminary movement assessment and learn about your goals before tailoring a program for you.

This means that you’ll be working out with a small group of 2-3 others, you’ll enjoy a reduced rate for your personal training and make new friends while receiving the coaching, motivation and accountability that you need in order to achieve your individual goals.

We offer training programs from a minimum of 3 months to 12 months or longer, depending on your goals and commitment level. Most clients meet us 2-4 times per week, and training sessions are typically 60 minutes long.
